At CashFlow Vault, we take pride in delivering tools and hardware that are built to last. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or arrive in the expected condition. Our refund and returns policy is structured to provide a clear and fair process while maintaining our high standards of product integrity.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the product is:

Unused and in its original packaging

Free of any signs of wear or damage

Accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt
We cannot accept returns for custom-built or clearance items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, model, or specification, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are treated as separate transactions to ensure speed and clarity.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize. Please email us with photos and a description of the issue. We will prioritize replacements or full refunds based on your preference.
Restocking Fee
In some cases, especially with bulk or heavy equipment returns, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. You will be informed of any such fees during the return authorization process.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact our team immediately at [email protected] if you wish to cancel.
